Foulds Ingham Associates have provided valuation and agency services to Insolvency Practitioners and Business Recovery Practitioners since 1979, with experience and knowledge spanning most types of chattel assets valued from a few pounds to many hundreds of thousands of pounds.

Initially, we will attend your office, or converse by telephone, to discuss your specific case requirements. We shall then attend all of the Company's premises to meet with officers and supervise the scheduling of all chattel assets, including leased and third party assets.

We shall comprehensively report our opinion in writing to you, including an estimate of equity, if any, on financed assets.

Should you so instruct, a local locksmith will, under our supervision, change all locks, or if you prefer, movable assets and vehicles can be quickly transferred to a secure store and arrangements made for heavy plant to follow.

We particularly specialise in the management of retention of title, sale or return and other third party claims and will arrange viewing and collate all required paperwork, allowing you to quickly and easily make an informed decision on each application.

All funds realised are maintained in our clients' account, entirely separate from our office and expense accounts. Regular receipts and payments reports are provided and sums are quickly passed to your estate account, after deduction of our agreed fees and commissions.

In certain circumstances, we can provide a "desktop estimate", based on directors' schedules and photographs. Whilst this estimate is provided without further investigation and without recourse, it can in some cases give a ball park or back of envelope idea of expectation. It is not however a substitute for a formal visit and valuation report.
